2. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
a) Website browsing
When you visit www.dannybuccilli.com, technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times) are automatically collected through the hosting platform (Wix) and traffic analysis tools. This data is processed to ensure the proper functioning of the website and for aggregate statistical purposes.

b) Contact form and information requests
Data voluntarily provided through the contact form (name, e-mail address, phone number if included, and message) are processed solely to respond to your inquiry.

c) Registration for courses and events
When registering for courses, events, coaching or facilitation sessions, we collect identification and contact details (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, billing information). This data is processed to:

issue invoices and comply with fiscal and accounting obligations;

handle any complaints, disputes or legal proceedings;

facilitate audits by the International Coach Federation (ICF) relating to training hours delivered.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
d) Promotional communications and newsletter
The e-mail address provided at the time of purchasing a service may be used to send promotional communications regarding similar services, in accordance with applicable Italian electronic communications law (so-called "soft spam"). You may object to this use at any time by sending an e-mail to info@dannybuccilli.com.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
e) Photo and video recording during courses and events
With your express consent — given at the time of registration — photos and videos taken during courses or events may be published for promotional and professional purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify us at least 30 days before the start of the course by writing to info@dannybuccilli.com.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is not publicly disclosed or disseminated. It may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

Accountant and tax advisors, to fulfil accounting and tax obligations.

International Coach Federation (ICF), for the verification of training hours delivered.

Lawyers and legal advisors, in the event of complaints, disputes or legal proceedings.

Airtable (Formagrid Inc, 1 Front Street, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA), used by the Data Controller for the organisational management of courses and participants. Airtable acts as a Data Processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, under a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that is GDPR-compliant and includes the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission for transfers of personal data to third countries.

Wix.com Ltd, the platform provider hosting this website, which processes data as a Data Processor under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.
4. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some third-party service providers used by the Data Controller (including Airtable, based in the USA) may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers take place exclusively in accordance with the safeguards provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679, in particular through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which ensure a level of protection equivalent to that guaranteed within the EU.
5. DATA RETENTION PERIODS
Personal data will be retained for the following periods:
