What you'll take away

Start recognizing what guides you from within

Theoretical foundations

The framework of Voice Dialogue to map Primary Selves and understand how they act in daily life.

Practical experience

Guided exercises to explore these dynamics firsthand and feel the energetic "shift" between different Selves.

An inner map

Leave the course with a first recognition of your Primary Selves and a new key to reading behaviors, reactions, and repeating patterns.

Do you ever observe, in yourself or your clients, a wide gap between what one "would like" to do and what one actually ends up doing?

Often, in helping relationships or our personal development, we label these dynamics as "resistance" or "self-sabotage". In reality, it is the action of our inner parts: instances that try to protect the system, but often guide us with an "autopilot" that is now obsolete.

The Voice Dialogue Introductory Course offers a clear and profound method to recognize and facilitate these dynamics, transforming inner conflict into a conscious resource.

Who it's for

No prior experience is necessary

The course is open to anyone who wants to explore their inner world, but also to helping professionals who wish to discover Voice Dialogue as an approach.

The program

What we will explore

In Voice Dialogue we do not work on a monolithic personality, but on a dynamic system. During the introductory course, we will get a taste of the polarities that determine our behavior.

The Primary Selves

Our "autopilots"

They are the parts that have taken charge to protect us and ensure our success: the Organizer, the Critic, the Perfectionist. We will learn to recognize them not as obstacles, but as historical allies whose functions and limits we must understand.

The Disowned Selves

Hidden potential

They are the opposite polarities we have learned to suppress: vulnerability, the ability to rest, instinct. In these parts often lies the vital energy we lack to unlock stalled situations.

The goal

The Aware Ego

A center of balance capable of welcoming the different parts without being "hijacked" by them, moving from instinctive reactivity to intentional choice.

A note on Voice Dialogue and certifications. By the founders' own choice, Hal and Sidra Stone, there is no official certification or accreditation of the Voice Dialogue method: it is knowledge that was deliberately left free, in service of people. In exchange, it is essential that every facilitator keeps cultivating their own inner work through supervision and further training. At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate of attendance, documenting the course completed without this constituting a certification of the method.
