For over ten years I worked in marketing for large FMCG multinationals. A world that shaped me as a professional and gave me the opportunity to test my creativity and intuition.
I lived and worked in Canada, Luxembourg, and Germany, managing brands in Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. This international dimension has stayed with me, and today helps me understand very different professional worlds and cultures.
In my journey as a leader, I encountered coaching: first as a tool to better manage teams, then as a growing interest in people's development. I got certified and chose to take it outside the corporate context, until I devoted myself to it full time.
That journey continues. I am completing a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, the first step towards psychotherapy: the natural direction of a curiosity that has always accompanied me, understanding how we work.
