About me

From marketing

an ongoing journey.

Here is how I got here.

My story

For over ten years I worked in marketing for large FMCG multinationals. A world that shaped me as a professional and gave me the opportunity to test my creativity and intuition.

I lived and worked in Canada, Luxembourg, and Germany, managing brands in Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. This international dimension has stayed with me, and today helps me understand very different professional worlds and cultures.

In my journey as a leader, I encountered coaching: first as a tool to better manage teams, then as a growing interest in people's development. I got certified and chose to take it outside the corporate context, until I devoted myself to it full time.

That journey continues. I am completing a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, the first step towards psychotherapy: the natural direction of a curiosity that has always accompanied me, understanding how we work.

Why I do this

Coaching has changed the way I look at things. What I do today stems from the desire to give back what I received: the opportunity to see the world, and oneself, from a different perspective.

What truly moves me is the encounter. I am interested in the person in front of me, not the role they hold. And what gives me the most satisfaction is seeing someone discover a side of themselves they couldn't see, gaining clarity where there was confusion, finding lightness and, from there, moving forward.

I work with people both individually and within organizations, through development programs and corporate coaching. The context changes, but the core of the work does not: even inside a company, in front of me there is always a person, with their questions and challenges.

Today I work with people and organisations across four continents and in the most diverse sectors: cultural diversity is the distinctive trait of my coaching, and every context asks me to listen before understanding. Among my ongoing collaborations is the one with Cambium, a community of professionals supporting farms and wineries in their development: from the headquarters of a multinational to a winery in Tuscany, the encounter remains the same.

That is why I look for an honest relationship, even when it means saying uncomfortable things. We work as equals: I don't have the answers for you, but I can create a safe space where we can look for them together, without judgment.
