Voice Dialogue
Facilitation Course
A method to recognize and give voice to the different parts of yourself and those you accompany, transforming how you relate to others.
A powerful method, whether you want to bring it to your clients or experience it for yourself
Presence
You let go of internal interferences, tune into the other's energy, and bring a fuller presence to every relationship.
Impact
You add to your toolkit a method that generates deep and lasting changes.
Work on yourself
You don't just learn a method: you live it on yourself, discovering parts you didn't know you had.
Much of what prevents us from being truly present does not come from the outside, but from our internal parts: the judge who evaluates, the planner who anticipates, the critic who corrects. Learning to recognize them and put them on pause frees up a rare space for listening. In working with others, this means catching what happens beneath the words, asking questions born from what you feel and not from what you think you should ask, and standing beside the person without losing the thread. It is the quality of presence that distinguishes a conversation flowing on the surface from one that touches something true.
Many approaches work on behaviors: the Voice Dialogue works on the parts that generate them. When a person is able to give voice to a self they kept in the shadow, or recognize how much a dominant self conditions their choices, the change is not a good intention to remember, but a shift they feel in their body and that remains. For those who accompany others, this means taking their clients where other methods struggle to reach: not advice or management techniques, but a real transformation in the way they relate to themselves and their own polarities. It is an impact that clients perceive, and that makes a difference in your way of working.
You cannot facilitate in others a process you have not gone through yourself. This is why the course is first and foremost a journey about you: in each module you experience Voice Dialogue from the perspective of the one being facilitated, you meet your primary and disowned selves, and you see firsthand how your parts influence relationships, decisions, and behaviors. Many participants say that this is the most unexpected and precious part of the course: they go home with a professional tool, but also with deeper self-knowledge and a new freedom. Whether you want to become a facilitator or simply understand yourself better, this work is yours forever.
Not only for those who want to become facilitators
The course is open to professionals who want to integrate Voice Dialogue into their practice, but also to those who simply wish to work on themselves and get to know themselves more deeply.

What they say about the course
Participating in the Voice Dialogue program was a very enriching experience, both personally and professionally. I found the opportunity to develop greater awareness regarding the internal dynamics that influence how we communicate, relate, and make decisions particularly valuable. The program helped me listen with more openness and presence, bringing a more attentive perspective also to my professional relationships and organizational contexts. From an HR point of view, this experience gave me concrete ideas to better understand the different sensitivities and relational styles present in teams, favoring a more authentic and balanced communication. I also greatly appreciated the quality of the facilitation, the depth of the meetings, and the safe space created during the process. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to deepen their self-knowledge and bring greater awareness to their personal and professional relationships.
