Advanced Module:
The Most Powerful Disowned Selves

General terms of participation in the module

Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Subject of the contract

This contract concerns the Advanced Module "The Most Powerful Disowned Selves" described in the online registration form. The perfection of the contract between the Participant and Danny Buccilli (the owner) will occur when the Participant receives a written communication containing the formal acceptance of the registration request. The registration form will be considered valid only if completed in every part.

2. Date, location, and duration of the courses

The date, location, and duration of the course correspond to those indicated in the online registration form. In any case, the dates and locations where the courses will be held are purely indicative and, as such, non-binding for Danny Buccilli, who reserves the right, in relation to his organizational needs and concrete logistical possibilities, to change the dates, the locations of the courses, as well as to replace the speakers already indicated with others deemed, in his sole discretion, suitable to hold the respective courses.

3. Participation fee

The participation fee, which must be paid upon registration, must be paid by bank transfer, electronic payment, or credit card. Any additional expense for goods or services related to participation is borne by the Participant, who expressly undertakes to indemnify Danny Buccilli, towards third parties, from any liability in this regard. Likewise, the Participant undertakes to relieve Danny Buccilli of any liability for any damage caused to third parties.

4. Special payment terms

Promotional offers that provide forms of deferment in payment and/or price reduction are subject to compliance with the payment terms by the Participant; late payment will void the deferment and/or reduction granted, and the Participant will be required to immediately pay the full price according to Danny Buccilli's price list. If the Participant does not make the payment within the deadlines established in the registration form, their registration request will be considered invalid and therefore canceled. Any amounts paid as an advance will not be refunded but will be considered valid for subsequent registrations.

5. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal provided for by art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code does not apply, since this contract concerns the purchase of admission tickets to an event organized on a predetermined date. However, the Participant may still withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract by registered letter with return receipt to be sent to Danny Buccilli, Via Monte Corvo 23, 67035 Pratola Peligna (AQ), Italy, or via PEC (certified email) to danny.buccilli@legalmail.it. In this case, the Participant will not be entitled to a refund of the participation fee, but only to participate in another event/course organized by Danny Buccilli within the following six months.

6. Inability to participate

In case of inability to take part in the event/course, the Participant may send to Danny Buccilli, Via Monte Corvo 23, 67035 Pratola Peligna (AQ), Italy, via PEC to danny.buccilli@legalmail.it or via email to info@dannybuccilli.com, a written communication containing a clear statement of their intention to renounce their participation. If such communication is received by Danny Buccilli at least 15 days before the start of the event/course, the interested party will have the right to participate in one or more events offered by Danny Buccilli within the 6 months following the date of the canceled event, paying any positive difference between the participation fee of the chosen substitute event and that of the paid event. Negative differences will not be refunded. Conversely, if the aforementioned written communication is received by Danny Buccilli beyond the aforementioned deadlines, but at least 7 days before the start of the event, the credit for participation in the substitute event will be reduced by 50%. If the aforementioned written communication is received by Danny Buccilli in the last two days before the event, the Participant will not be entitled to any refund nor to participate in substitute events. The amounts not recognized as credit are considered as compensation for expenses already incurred. If the Participant has purchased products for the use of which physical presence is not required (including but not limited to: live streams, audio and/or video recordings, online courses, webinars, etc.), the provisions of this article do not apply, and no refund is provided.

7. Prohibition of recording

During the course/event, and for its entire duration, it is forbidden to make audio and/or video recordings, even of short portions of the interventions. In the case of live streaming courses/events, recording and its possible reproduction are equally prohibited, even for non-profit purposes.

8. Competent jurisdiction

For any dispute that may arise from the execution and/or interpretation of this contract, the Court of Sulmona shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Processing of personal data

The Participant authorizes the use by Danny Buccilli of their personal data, in compliance with and according to the purposes of what is provided pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 679/2016. If the Participant does not wish to be filmed during the course/event, they must report this within 30 days before the start of the same, by sending an email to info@dannybuccilli.com. The Participant authorizes the publication, by Danny Buccilli, of the video-recorded images made during the course for an unlimited period for advertising and professional purposes. By signing this form, the Participant declares that they have nothing to claim, considering such material granted free of charge, and irrevocably waives any right, action, or claim in relation to the payment of fees or compensation of any kind. The Participant, subject to consent given at the bottom of the registration form, may include their name in the list of participants of the event, which will be made available to the participants themselves, in order to allow them, if they see fit, to set up meetings and exchange contacts, to foster new collaborations.

Personal data collected during registration may also be communicated to the following subjects, who act as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR:

  • Airtable (Formagrid Inc, 1 Front Street, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA), used by the Data Controller for the organizational management of courses and participants, based on a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) compliant with the GDPR and including the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission for data transfers to third countries.
  • TeamSystem S.p.A. (Via Sandro Pertini 88, 61122 Pesaro (PU), Italy, VAT No. 01035310414), provider of the "Fatture in Cloud" invoicing software used by the Data Controller for the management of invoices and billing data of the participants, based on the Master Data Processing Agreement (MDPA) and special processing conditions (DPA) integrated into the product's terms of service. Processing takes place entirely within the European Union.
  • Make (Celonis Inc.), an automation platform used for the management and forwarding of data collected through the registration form, based on a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with the GDPR. For data transfers to third countries, Make relies on the Data Privacy Framework and, subsidiarily, on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.

For the payment of the participation fee by card or account, the Participant is redirected to the secure checkout page of Revolut Bank UAB (Italian Branch), Via Dante 7, 20123 Milan; headquarters Revolut Bank UAB, Konstitucijos pr. 21B, 08130 Vilnius, Lithuania, a credit institution authorized in Lithuania and operating in Italy. Processing takes place entirely within the European Union. For more information: Revolut's privacy policy on revolut.com/legal/privacy.

10. Authorization to send invoices

The Participant authorizes Danny Buccilli to send accounting documents and administrative communications to the e-mail address provided; in compliance with resolution 107 of 04/07/2001 (Italy), printing on paper and storing the document is the responsibility of the Participant. Invoices will bear the date the payment(s) is/are credited and will generally be sent by the 16th of the month following the receipt of each payment.

11. Amendments to the general conditions

Danny Buccilli reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time, at his own discretion or to comply with legal or regulatory provisions. The Participant will be subject to the terms of the General Conditions in force at the time of signing the registration form, unless changes to such terms are required by applicable law or competent authorities (in which case, such changes will be deemed applicable also to previously made registrations). If any of the following conditions is deemed invalid, void, or inapplicable, the validity and effectiveness of the other conditions will not be affected.

12. Waiver

In the event that the Participant fails to comply with these General Conditions, the failure of the owner to exercise the right to take action against them does not constitute a waiver to take action for violation of commitments undertaken by the Participant themselves.
