Who it's for

It might be the right time if...

You are at a crossroads

A career transition, an important choice, a change you feel approaching but haven't focused on yet.

You want to grow in your role

You lead people or projects, and want to evolve how you make decisions, communicate, and handle work relationships.

You want to regain balance

You feel the weight of pressure and want to manage time and energy more sustainably, without sacrificing what matters.

You feel stuck

Something is holding you back and you want to understand what it is, so you can move forward again.

You seek clarity

Goals, priorities, the direction to take: there is something to clarify, and you want to sort things out.

You want to know yourself better

You want to understand how you function: what drives you, how you react, what parts of you come into play when it matters most.

The journey

How it works

We start from your goals

We start with you: where you are now and what you truly want. From there we build the path together, calmly, one step at a time, without skipping the stages that matter. The process shapes itself around you, your timing, and how you evolve along the way. There is no template to follow: there is your story, and how you want it to continue. You choose the direction, I am there to accompany you.

Tailored tools

The heart of the work is the dialogue between us. Sometimes, to see more clearly, I choose with you the tool that can help: the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence assessment, to explore how you experience emotions, relationships, and decisions. Or the Voice Dialogue, to give voice to the parts of you that guide choices and behaviors. We use what is needed, when it is needed.

At the root, not on the surface

Often we are in a hurry to resolve, to find a solution immediately. But we don't give ourselves the time to stop, reflect, listen to ourselves, to feel what really matters. Yet that is exactly what makes the difference. Going to the root requires time and effort, like anything of value. Working on our recurring patterns and the needs that drive them helps us see the path towards lasting change.

Online, with the right duration for you

We meet online, so you can join from wherever you are, freely, without the burden of travel. How long the process lasts is something we decide along the way, looking at your goals, the time you have, and how much you feel you want to invest in your personal and professional growth. The process adapts to you, session after session. We move at the pace that is right for you.

Who's with you

The credentials behind the journey

I am a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certified by the ICF, the main international coaching federation, with over 2500 documented coaching hours. Years spent accompanying people, teams, and organizations in moments when something needs to change and it's not yet clear how.

I am also a Six Seconds certified EQ Assessor, qualified to administer the Emotional Intelligence assessment. I am a facilitator of Voice Dialogue, a method of dialogue with the different parts of oneself that gives access to often hidden resources, and a Senior Practitioner accredited by the EMCC, one of the leading international coaching and mentoring federations.

My practice combines these dimensions: the rigor of systemic coaching, the depth of Voice Dialogue and emotional intelligence as a muscle to be trained. It is not just methodology. It is the result of constant research and commitment to my own personal development.

What you'll take home

What really changes

Every journey is different, and I distrust those who guarantee results before even getting to know you. What I can tell you is what happens to those who go through this process fully. Not all at once, not by magic, but one session at a time.

Clarity on priorities

What matters now, what can wait, what you were carrying on just out of habit. Many arrive with ten open fronts and leave knowing which three deserve their energy.

Situations become unblocked

That conflict with a colleague, that decision postponed for months, that stalled project. Looking at them from another angle is often enough to set them in motion again.

More conscious decisions

Not faster, not easier: more yours. Taken knowing what you are choosing and what you are letting go of, rather than under the push of urgency or the expectations of others.

A healthier relationship with pressure

Pressure doesn't disappear, the way you inhabit it changes. You recognize the signs earlier, recover better, stop confusing being always tense with being productive.

These shifts take different forms in every story. At work and in life. I let the people themselves tell about it.

Frequently asked questions

Before starting

What is coaching?

A development journey based on targeted conversations. I don't give you advice or ready-made solutions: I help you gain clarity, see new possibilities, and turn them into action. You remain the expert of your life; I bring method, questions, and tools.

In practice, we start from where you are and where you would like to be, and we work on that session after session. Asked at the right time, questions help you look at your situation from angles that are hard to reach alone: not because you don't already know a lot about yourself, but because we are all immersed in our own perspective, and a good conversation opens up space. From there come concrete choices, of which you always remain the author.

Coaching or psychotherapy?

They are two different paths, with different purposes. Psychotherapy has a clinical nature: it deals with psychological suffering, symptoms, healing, and requires specific training and framework. Coaching is not clinical: it works on goals, choices, and growth, on the ground of those who want to build something rather than process pain.

Put like this it seems like a sharp line, but in practice the two worlds sometimes touch and can integrate: some people follow a therapeutic path and at the same time work with a coach on a specific goal. What matters is having the right tool for the moment you are going through. If during our work the need for clinical support should emerge, I will tell you clearly and, if needed, help you find the right direction.

How many sessions are needed?

It depends on your goals, the time available, and how much you want to invest in the journey. We define it together at the beginning and remain free to recalibrate it along the way.

Are the sessions in-person or online?

Online, to ensure maximum flexibility.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. As an ICF certified coach I adhere to the federation's code of ethics, which includes confidentiality on everything that emerges in the sessions.

How do I know if you're the right coach for me?

With the free introductory call: we get to know each other, you tell me what you're looking for, and you decide without any commitment.

In coaching the relationship matters more than any technique: a large part of what makes a process effective comes through trust and connection between the people working together. This is why the call is not an interview where you have to convince me, but the moment you feel if there is the right understanding. You leave with a clear idea of how I work, and meanwhile I also understand if I can truly be helpful to you. If I feel I'm not the right person for what you're looking for, I'll tell you frankly and, if it helps, point you to someone more suitable. No pressure, no obligation to continue.

Let's talk.

30 minutes, free and without commitment: you tell me where you are, I explain how I work, and we understand together if it makes sense to continue.
